This is crazy but a very modern design for when it was built, 1911. Overhead cam valve operation, multi-spark technology, 4-valves per cylinder and a staggering 300bhp. The FIAT S76 was and still is pure madness with an engine capacity of 28,5 litre (arround 7.1 litres per cylinder) for a 4 cylinder engine and here is a video showcasing the rebuild of the car.
