Previously the Head of the Historic Technical Passport administration at the Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA) in Geneva, Switzerland. I oversaw the sporting and technical sides of the sport from 2015 onwards. Managing the then FIA Masters Historic Championships, FIA Lurani Trophy long with the FIA European Historic Rally Championship and FIA Historic European Hill Climb Championship for the sporting part and the in-depth overhaul of the FIA Historic Technical Passport system and processes through the creation and introduction of the FIA Historic Database and FIA HTP Platform. Which altogether lead me to lead the update of the FIA Appendix K for 2025, which extended eligibility to year-2000 included.

Historic cars are a childhood passion and having been involved in motorsport through the historic scene for longer than I can recall, I have worked for all the main actors including Peter Auto as part of their Competition Office and have vasts connections with promoters, collectors and racers ever since then. From regulatory framework to event promotion, including organization and logistics, I have acquired a very large range of skills and knowledge of not only the sport but the cars too.

My clients include various entities from promotion to race teams around Europe and the USA and I officiate as the Motor Racing Legends Technical & Eligibility Officer since 2025.

My services are discreet and extend from the technical to the sporting side and include inspection services for FIA HTP as well as historical period specification researches.

Altogether, I like sharing the knowledge ; this website is a platform to share the odd story. As I like to say, it’s knowledge driven by passion.
