Ferrari, well we’ve never been fan of it. Truly we never understood why so many people loved that Italian manufacturer. Okay Enzo did look cool and on the engineering side, you can’t argue his saying of “Aerodynamics are for people who can’t build engines”, Ferrari knows about engine and engineering as well as Formula One. But whatever it is and Ferrari not being on our list of “loved manufacturer”, we do love two cars, two myths of the Italian manufacturer, here is one of the two, the 1962 Ferrari 250 GTO.
The car featured here is chassis #3527GT which was delivered new on the 22nd of May 1962 in Rosso Cina color. We had the chance to drive the car back in 2012 as we were to have an article published in a French Magazine for the 50th Anniversary of the car. Since the visit and drive, I have to say that I look at GTOs another way now.

If you want the full history of the car, it can be find here on the well known Barchetta Website through this link.
And if you wonder which is the other Ferrari we love, well, it’s the 1987 Ferrari F40. Maybe because it’s the last of the true Ferrari. So if you have one and you want us to drive it, let us know ! The Dude.
